Thought leaders in organization development for more than 40 years, Judith H. Katz and Frederick A. Miller have created numerous breakthrough concepts in their field, including Inclusion as the HOW® as a foundational mindset for higher operational performance and accelerated results. As Executive Vice President and CEO (respectively) for The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc.-one of Consulting magazine's Seven Small Jewels in 2010-they have partnered with Fortune 50 companies and other organizations to enhance interactions and transform workplaces. Fred and Judith have served on the boards of such organizations as Ben & Jerry's Homemade, Day & Zimmermann, and the Social Venture Network, among many others. In 2007, Profiles in Diversity Journal named them two of 40 Pioneers of Diversity, and in 2012 they were honored as Legends of Diversity by the International Society of Diversity and Inclusion Professionals. Their work has taken them to Singapore, India, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and other countries.
